Our processing times vary from 3 business days to 5 weeks. Please be sure to always check the shipping tab on the product you're interested in for an accurate time frame. Once the products have been processed, we will ship your order according to the shipping method you selected during checkout. Shipping prices vary by location. We offer free shipping to any address within the U.S. We provided a shipping calculator in the cart page for your convenience. This calculator will give you an exact shipping quote.
This information only applies to customers located outside of the U.S. Your countries Customs office may hold your package for inspection. This could lengthen the time of delivery and unfortunately, this inspection is completely out of our control. We will keep an open communication with you during this process. Imports usually contain Customs, VAT, and other forms of taxes and fees that consumers are responsible for. As always, we are here to help with any concerns you have if your package is stuck in Customs limbo. Just drop us a message.
Are you thinking of giving a Shinefree product to a loved one? Receiving an order from Shinefree is an experience of it's own. We are happy you are spreading the word by sharing the love! Packages marked as GIFTS during checkout will not contain an order receipt. They will however, include a Shinefree tag on each product letting the recipient know that the gift you gave them is a gift that gives back. 25% will be donated to wildlife conservations and sanctuaries. Leave a note at checkout with the To and From information if you would like us to include a gift tag in your package.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from when the package was marked as delivered. We will walk you through the return process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Prints cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for products that are intimate such as Bikinis, Bras, and Bodysuits so please be sure to read our size chart for these items before placing your order.
If your item arrived defective or broken please be sure to use our contact page to get a hold of us. We typically respond within 24 hours. We will require photographic proof of the defective product and may request for the product to be shipped back to us. We will replace the defective product as quickly as possible. If you would like to exchange your item for something else in our store, please contact us. We do not offer exchanges for Bikinis, Bodysuits, Bras, and other intimate products.
